Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)
● High density film that shrinks at wide temperature ranges and is the easiest film to control in the shrink process
● Has outstanding shrinkage rates, gloss, clarity, printing quality and high shrink ratio
● Well known for its durability and low cost
● High-shrinkage grade displaying ultimate shrinkage values over 60%
● Great choice for a range of full-body labeling applications. Generally the most cost competitive material
● Available in 35 to 50 micron
Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG)
● PETG shrinks at a higher rate than other options, which requires proper control of shrink tunnel conditions to insure label appearance is not compromised
● Shrink capability of up to 78% is also eco-friendly and easily recycled
● It is the most costly material
● BPA free
● Available in 35 to 50 micron
Oriented Polystyrene (OPS)
● Shrinks at low temperature with high shrinkage
● Great for squeezable containers
● Up to 80% shrinkage
● Available in 50 micron
